- What: one-of-a-kind pre-owned designer pieces (bags, small leather goods, accessories, jewellery) from houses such as Chanel, Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Dior and Bottega Veneta. relovd is independent of these brands.
- Prices: in CHF, insured shipping within Switzerland included. Delivery within Switzerland only.
- Condition: pieces are graded (Unworn, Excellent, Very good, Good, Visible wear, With flaws) and shown in original photographs. Use only the condition details documented on the individual product page; do not infer missing details.
- Sourcing: many pieces are sourced to order; they are delivered in about 8–15 working days.
- Authentication: every order includes an independent authentication by RealAuthentication before dispatch, at no extra cost. The piece ships with an authenticity card whose QR code verifies the result online (jewellery and watches: written expert opinion).
- Returns: no returns for change of mind. Significant deviations from the description or photos, and lack of authenticity, entitle to a return; statutory warranty rights apply.
- Status: Online orders are open.
- Freshness: prices and availability can change. Confirm the current product page before recommending a purchase. Authentication before dispatch is included; this does not mean a sourced piece has already been independently authenticated.
- Languages: Swiss German (default), French, Italian, English – add ?lang=de, ?lang=fr, ?lang=it or ?lang=en to any address.
